I recently visited Jivagram Vrindavan with my uncle, Mr. Ved Prakash Chaudhary, who has been suffering from Parkinson's disease. I first came to know about Jivagram through social media, and after hearing positive things about it, we decided to visit for treatment. Our consultation with Dr. Heera Singh was an excellent experience. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. He carefully understood my uncle's condition, explained everything in detail, and recommended an 8-day Panchakarma treatment plan that gave us confidence in the process. Throughout the treatment, therapists Dr. Ashish and Shyam took exceptional care of my uncle. They were highly professional, attentive, and made sure every therapy session was carried out with great dedication and care. Their positive attitude and expertise made the entire experience very comfortable. We also had the pleasure of interacting with Mr. Kapil Sharma at the reception. He was always polite, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He guided us throughout our daily visits, answered all our questions patiently, and provided valuable advice whenever we needed assistance. His warm and supportive nature truly made us feel at home. Personally, I was very impressed by the ambience of Jivagram. The entire campus is beautifully designed with an ancient and traditional theme. From the architecture and wall colors to the furniture and overall atmosphere, every detail reflects peace, wellness, and Indian heritage. The environment is calm, clean, and perfect for healing. What stood out the most was the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff. Everyone we met was respectful, supportive, and genuinely committed to providing the best possible care. I sincerely thank the entire Jivagram team for making our experience so positive. I would highly recommend Jivagram Vrindavan to anyone looking for holistic, authentic Ayurvedic treatment combined with compassionate care and a peaceful healing environment.
