    I recently visited Jiva Vrindawan and underwent Abhyanga (full body massage) Shirodhara (calms the mind) and Steam therapies along with Virechan on the last day (body detox) and the experience was truly wonderful. Both my husband and I took these treatments for seven days and noticed great benefits. I felt lighter, more energetic, and even lost 3 kgs. My therapists, Khushboo and Asha, were very friendly, supportive, and professional, and guided us well throughout the treatments. The doctor was excellent and took the time to understand my lifestyle and health before suggesting the therapies. The centre is clean, hygienic, and well maintained, and all the staff are extremely helpful. While the treatments are a premium offering, the experience and health benefits made it well worth it.
