I had chronic lower back pain, constipation, and itching at lower legs and all over the body. Had treatments from different medical systems. I did not get permanent relief. Finally I approached Jiva Ayurveda. Had consultation with Dr. Kshirsagar. The doctor advised potli massage for 10 days, and Kati Basti. I got a good relief in itching problem. Potli massage gave some relief for some time, when I get up after lying for a good time, the back pain would recur. For, constipation, kati basti followed by oil basti. Oil basti helped to have one time purging. I was not comfortable with it. However, regular bowel movements were not happening, and there were strong stools. Very difficult to pass stools. After, this procedure I get both the buts go stiff. The treatment advised by Dr. Kshirsagar was very helpful. Realised that I need some more sessions to get long term relief. Various procedures done by Therapist Shri Nilesh were excellent, smooth and comfortable. I wish him all success.
