    We consulted Dr Pushpendra Shukla at Jiva Ayurveda (Noida, Sector-51) for my mother’s long-standing issues of constipation, colitis, and disturbed sleep. After following the prescribed Ayurvedic treatment and lifestyle guidance, her health has improved significantly. Her constipation is now well controlled, the colitis issue has been resolved, and she is finally able to sleep much better. Dr. Shukla was patient, understanding, and treated the root cause rather than just the symptoms. This experience truly showed us that Ayurveda can do wonders when taken from the right place with the right guidance. Highly recommended.
