Is there is a consultation charge?

Yes, you will pay a minimal charge of Rs 299 for a period of 3 months during which you can visit any Jiva Clinic all over India and consult a Jiva doctor. Medicines, Panchakarma, wellness products and all other services and products will be charged extra and will be based on your consultation with the doctor.

I have relocated to a new location. Will there be an interruption in my treatment?

No. Jiva Ayurveda assures an uninterrupted and smooth treatment experience even when you change your residential location and visit a different Jiva Clinic. Even if you move out of the country your consulting doctor will continue to support and treat you. In special cases, if you wish to consult a different doctor, you can book a video consultation. Charges for video consultation will apply.

Can I visit Jiva Clinic just to purchase wellness products?

Yes, absolutely! Jiva Clinic offers a range of Ayurvedic wellness products and you can visit your nearest clinic for products. You may also order Jiva products online at store.jiva.com .
