    I visited Jiva Chandigarh clinic for my adenomyoma, anxiety, and digestive issues. It's been three months now, and during this time, under the guidance of Dr. Tilak Raj, nutritionist Dr. Nidhi Kathuria, mind and emotional well-being coach Preeti Patel, and Manjeet ji, one of the best practitioners and therapists at Jiva, my nervous system has calmed down, which helped me manage my anxiety levels and stress. My digestive issues are nearly gone, and my adenomyoma is becoming manageable without allopathic medicines. Visiting Jiva Ayurveda was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. It has greatly helped me improve my overall lifestyle for a healthier, better future.
