    In December 2025, i was diagnosed with diabeties My 3 month hbaic was 8.9. I decided to try Jiva Ayurveda’s diabetes‑management program and I’m really happy with the results. The doctors gave me a clear, personalised plan with Ayurvedic medicines, a simple diet chart, and some easy yoga and lifestyle tips. In about 4 months, my HbA1c came down to 5.2, and I feel much more energetic and less tired during the day. The team is very supportive, they follow up regularly, and the treatment feels natural and safe. If you’re looking for a holistic way to manage diabetes, I’d definitely recommend Jiva Ayurveda.
